Not a ton of time to write today- we are having a full p-day on Thursday for thanksgiving :)
This
was a great week- we saw another little girl get baptized in the ward
and we were able to bring along a former investigator to watch it! He
was half asleep the whole time, but he said it was really nice. We were
also able to see a lady we've been trying to get in contact with for a
while. It was a very powerful lesson and we were glad there was a member present- she really helped relate the gospel to real life.
Sister
C. and I are doing really well. During district meeting, while
reviewing all the numbers, we were a little dismayed by our own, but I
think our humility has really been tested here- though we have been
working hard, the success we want isn't happening. It's been teaching us
that numbers are not the real scale of success. We've seen so many
miracles and blessings come into our lives in this beautiful town. I've
realized that if I had to live anywhere in Minnesota, Cambridge would be
my first choice. I thank heaven for letting me serve in the best, most
blessed area in the MMM. :)
I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving! Stay safe and healthy please! No strep throat :P
LOVE YOU!
